Ms Maria-Eleni Anipsitaki graduated in May 2013 from the Aalborg University in Denmark, where she obtained her master’s degree on Development and International Relations: Global Refugee Studies. Her first degree is on Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), from which she graduated in January 2004. From 2010 to 2012, she had been working as project manager for the distribution of non-food items in emergencies with the Danish Refugee Council in South Sudan. Furthermore, she was responsible for the implementation and supervision of the ʺProtection and Promotion of Human Rightsʺ programme. From 2014 until 2015, she had been working as a research assistant at the Laboratory of Health and Road Safety (LaHeRS) of TEI of Crete.
