A Special Road Safety Event at Fortezza, Heraklion – June 15, 2025. A vibrant and engaging road safety awareness event took place at Fortezza, Municipality of Heraklion, on June 15, 2025, filled with interactive games, hands-on experiences, and valuable lessons for both children and adults!
The Laboratory of Health and Road Safety (LaHeRS) of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) with the support of the Injury Prevention Section of the European Public Health Association (EUPHA) and the European Association for Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion (EuroSafe) joined forces with other local stakeholders to promote the message of safe mobility and responsible driving.
Children, parents, and educators enthusiastically participated in this celebration of prevention and learning — an event full of energy, creativity, and above all… love for life!
